Hahaha I totally got a kick out of Happy Geek's comment. It IS time for an update, this past week has been NUTS, with a few flakes and a lot of fruit.
I was sick with a crazy sore throat and sore ears, now an annoying hack.
Jaala got strep throat.
Faron is sick.
We just got word last night that Faron's mom has cancer again. This time in her kidney and it's lymph nodes.
*sigh* She is tired of being sick. This is her third bout with cancer, the last time, the doctor botched the surgery and she hovered between living and dying for weeks, then spent more than 100 days in the hospital recovering.
Her husband takes amazing care of her, I think at the expense of his own health.
Faron is worried, I am concerned, and the girls are upset. Rightly so.
My practicum is going awesome. I recieved another A- on my mid term, supervising teacher's evaluation. I'm happy with it, though I can't seem to get over the - hump!
We were practising a poem the class was going to recite in general assembly, one of the students kept saying "but" in the wrong place. I said "B, put your BUT in the right place!" His eyes lit up and he giggled and pointed to his ass. teeheee!
During our 100 days party, one of my little ones suddenly decided to barf. Barf all over everything. Ugh. Oh the joys of grade one, puke clean up duty!
My house is a mess, I am tired and going to have a hot bath. I'd use bubbles, but I don't have any.....unless, like Faron suggested, I use dish soap. GACK! I know I'm a REAL dish baby, but in the tub?????

Yesterday I was changing Seth and noticed he had booties on. I said "Seffie, who put those booties on you?" And Gabe jumped up and said "Yeah, Seth, who put this (pointing to his butt while wiggling it around like only a white boy can) on you?? "
Too funny!! This kid is awesome!!
