Whole Wheat Cinnamon Bread

Perfect Cinnamon Bread

I only had whole wheat flour, so I added a second rise after I formed the dough into loaves.

Pro-tip:1) roll your dough into a narrow but long rectangle to spread filling
2) if you don't want your bread to fall apart while you slice it,  roll it quite tightly starting at the LONG edge and once it's rolled manipulate/fold/tuck the ends under the loaf as you fit it into the pans.


Ours was much better as toast because it was so heavy, but mmmm yummy good!
