My cozy bear needed a hat before he could brave the sudden arrival of -27 Centigrade temps, we just received!
I pulled out a pattern I had intended to use last year for my brother, and didn't. The pattern specs say to fit a 21" head.....no WAY that would fit my boy's brain! No worries, I held two strands of worsted weight together and used an N hook to produce a perfectly fitting lid.
The pattern produces interesting stitch definition, and a very nicely stretchy fabric. Unfortunately, I can't photograph worth shit!
