My baby-est brother is marrying the love of his life on Sunday and I'm going to be there!
So fun, I love the casual, family oriented feel they've designed for their get together.
I made a couch throw blanket for them. I had two criteria in mind, a rustic and cabin type look with tons of texture AND had to use only material from my "stash". Which if you talk to my husband and kids, is enough for 7 sewists. However, in my mind there is always room for another exciting and awesome fabric!!!
So, here is a peak at the production of the wedding gift for Vern and Breanne...first, a peak at the sweet couple themselves.

| Serious photo bomb by papa! |
Needless to say, I'm crazy happy for Vern, I enjoy watching him be in love. I really like Breanne, she is cute and fun and smart and capable. Plus, she sews, so, bonus points ;p

| I used a coordinating plaid of lambs wool for the border |
 |
| The pumpkin and olive green coloured fabrics are a sued-ed type finish. The cream/tan coloured is a waffle weave. Texture! |
For the backing, I used a heavy weight flannel in off white with a whimsical print!
