At supper tonight. I smoothed Lei's bangs off her face and told her that I was going to get Grammy to cut them for her. She rolled her eyes and said "If I get them cut, I only want them all cut off, or not cut at all". I told her the only way to get rid of her bangs was to grow them out. So she said, "No, just cut them off, see how Jaala's bangs are?" I said "yes, Jaala doesn't have any bangs" Lei was completely exasperated at me and said "THAT'S EXACTLY THE POINT!" Faron burst out laughing (gee honey, thanks for the help!). Leisha thought the only way to get rid of bangs is to cut them off, she didn't realize there was a "growing out" process. We'll see how long she tolerates the in between stages before she wants them cut again!

ReplyDeleteAvery wants hers grown out too. so far we've had two days of pinned to the side bangs, and I hate it!! I know she is beautiful but without those bangs, she is all eyebrows!!!
