MADE!

Remember how I said I'd post pictures of the stuff I made for Christmas gifts? HA!  By the time I had everything ready to be given, I had no time for pictures.
I'm hoping that each individual will send me a picture of themselves using or with or wearing the respective items.  Otherwise, you're all shit out of luck.

Papa got an earflap cap.  First time EVER making a cap, sewing a brim together and then attaching it to a cap is a BITCH!  If I were to make another, I would use a different system and pattern pieces.  See, this was just trial and error, I designed the pieces in my "Wild" software and printed them out, the rest was just a guessing process as to how to put it together.  If I suddenly acquire more patience, I will take the time to work out the quirks and do another, perhaps as a tutorial in case you want to make one too.  *who am I kidding, that'll never happen!*

Rus got a footie blanket.  Basically a lap robe with pockets for feet, so when he is stretched out to watch a show he can tuck his feet into his blanket and keep them warm and covered.
Erin got a trendy lunch bag and a quilted, pieced 11x17in hot mat
For Michaela, using fleece and jersey knit, I made a scood, that is a scarf with a hood attached.
Vern recieved a crocheted beanie and scarf, for his girlfriend, Breanne, I made a ruffle scarf out of purple knit fabric, and matching ear warmer cuff.
Grammie got a bed jacket in blue flannels
My co worker, Jeff, received a hand made book cover
My co worker Ronda received a hand made kindle cover
Jaala and Leishabeth both got druid style nightie/robes with a front zipper.  Toooooo cute!
Faron got a pair of jamma pants, you know, the kind that actually fit a 6'6" man down to his ankle!
Melly and Andrew haven't gotten their gifts yet, sad that I haven't seen them :( They are getting a purse and a t shirt, hand made by mama.

 I think that is all.

A post christmas creation, Jaala needed a bag to carry her special stuff to and from her father's place, to make it more compact and less likely that she has to leave it behind *we're trying everything here!*
So I made her a bag with a round bottom *like the typical sleeping bag sac* and a draw string top.  I even made a detachable, zippered pocket for her to carry her DS and games around in and not lose it in the bottom of her bag.  Cute eh?  I actually have pictures of that!
