I love my job, but I'm too tired and too busy with my other classes homework to blog.

This is the first time I've worked full time, since before Jaala was born.

It's really rough financially having Faron out of work. My parents helped us with rent this month.....but let me tell you, coming home from an 8 hour day on my feet, and having the laundry done and supper going.....is SOOOO AMAZING.
I love my boy. He is my strong tower.

I'm working with two grade two classes and one grade one class. It's awesome.

"Each child is a gift to which one can lay no personal claim. For a few brief years one is permitted to guide and care for (the child) until (he/she) goes out into the stern school of life with powers to choose (his/her) own path. The aim of all education must be self-education."

  1. I cannot imagine how tough it is to transition back to the outside- the-house-workforce.
Glad things are going well. Sounds like Faron's a keeper!
I'm still dreaming of getting to your neck of the woods!
Oh, and I LOVE that quote. I've recently been reading blogs of people who veiw their kids are their property and it makes me cranky!
