I tapped off my first paper of the new school year, yesterday. Alls well, that ends well.
I seem to have a sudden new fetish for slippers. I just got a pair of lovely lion head stuffy slippers, and now I have my eye on a pair that are just yummy soft chenille. I nearly stole Faron's mom's slippers, cause they're awesome! Soft, cushy and green. Of course I love green, which would make the theft worthwhile however, I have a social conscience that just won't leave me alone! Damnabbit.
Timmy Ho's has an October feature, the pumpkin spice flavor shot. It is so good I could orphan my children and live at Tims sucking back an extra large double double with a big ole PSS .....kidding. maybe.
The girls are going with their faaaather this weekend, so I'm crackin the whip and handing Faron my "HONEY DOOOOOOOOOOOO" list. If he does a good job, I might just let him have some play time when he's done *wink wink* Well, you know me, even if he doesn't do a good job, I'll still let him have some play time.
My pet peeve today is drive thru. Well, not the actual drive through, the people who are IN the drive through. First of all, there is NO need to HONK at the driver ahead of you in a drive through. YOU'RE not going anywhere till you get your order, so what the hell? And further more, a sister can only go as far forward as the bumper in front of her, WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM MEEEEE???!!!?!?!?! And C) Why the hell do you have to block every driveway, every road way and every sidewalk with your stupid cars in your stupid drive through? I'm movin, I have places to be, and you with your IV drip of coffee are blocking my path, move it or lose it!
End of rant.
So it's thursday, and I have essentially ignored my housework, all week, in favor of getting an A on my paper. I was hoping it would go away, it doesn't, so I'm off to slave away scrubbing and washing like Rindersuckingfella.

ReplyDeleteand I believe that I agree with you. It's clear to me that Jesus was not endorsing violence. And the more I study Him the more I find myself confronted with things that are the opposite of my position...against my inclinations. It's not a bad thing! haha
however, it makes me sad to realize that many people twist the words of Jesus into backing up their own violent and hateful agendas.
I'm in agreement with Ghandi and you on this one. Fully.
my weekend? well...Saturday night a few of us from the band are playing at a bookstore. just an acoustic gig.
ReplyDeleteSunday though we are playing a full 2 hour set at a car show on a 30ft flat bed truck. haha. we don't know what to expect really. But the new album is coming along very nicely...sounding great.
After the show on Sunday Monica and I are going back to her bro's house to hang out for a while. Just to chilax. haha.
