The assesment is now finished. I spoke to my lawyer today and he said that Dr. Clark will not release the report until Kyle has paid for its entirety. Which will be.......WHO THE HELL KNOWS! I am so mad because here I had to run pell mell and submit myself to this process at Kyle's behest, and now I cool my heels waiting for the results until ....once again, Kyle decides to pay for it.
Ugh.
My lawyer also mentioned that he has spoken on my behalf to Kyle's lawyer about the division of marital property and rental income on the marital property......my lawyer was informed that Kyle is digging in his heels, refusing to pay me what he owes...as long as the housing market stays hot, this property we own will continue to increase in value, and he'll end up paying more to me, but whatever, it seems that even though he has purchased a new home in Edmonton, he is planning to move back to Red Deer, into our former house, with his wife and her children, which means that once again, my girls will have no place of their own when they visit Kyle, and re apply for sole custody once he is established here. AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! My lawyer called him a twit. Which did my soul GOOD!
Every time Kyle doesn't get what he wants, he digs in his heels until someone forces him to comply with what is reasonable, and then he gets mad. He missed his visit with the girls last week, had them an hour late last weekend and then had the gall to ask if he could have an extra day with them this week. Oh my how I laugh as I call upon my "go go gadget" foot to kick him in the ass.
